Conservative methods include long-term immobilization or rest of patients, with the use of drugs such as analgesics and corticosteroids, but this therapeutic approach is often insufficient and reserved for a small number of patients with minor fractures. Most often, surgical intervention (hip surgery) is necessary, and in some cases, the installation of an artificial hip is also necessary.
